  • Ensure interoperability and data flow across systems to enable accurate reporting and insights
  • Translate business requirements into system and process design, partnering with IT for implementation where appropriate
  • Oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, usability, and data integrity
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and capabilities to enhance the revenue tech stack
  • Act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring systems support business processes and outcomes

Revenue Operations & Process Optimization
  • Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Services leadership to define and optimize go-to-market processes
  • Map and continuously improve the end-to-end revenue lifecycle (lead to opportunity to delivery and beyond)
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve productivity and conversion
  • Standardize and enforce revenue processes and system usage across teams
  • Act as a strategic advisor - challenging and refining stakeholder requests to ensure scalable, high-impact solutions
  • Drive alignment across departments on pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and customer lifecycle stages

  • Support and enhance sales forecasting processes, improving accuracy and visibility
  • Define, develop, and maintain key performance metrics and KPIs
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Support performance reviews, planning cycles, and strategic decision-making

Data Quality & Governance
  • Establish and maintain data standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Implement processes for ongoing data hygiene, validation, and governance
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting outputs

Enablement & Adoption
  • Support onboarding of new team members through training on systems, tools, and processes
  • Ensure teams are effectively leveraging revenue systems and tools
  • Continuously improve user experience, adoption, and overall system effectiveness
