Full Job Description
About the Team
The Revenue Operations organization enables scalable, predictable growth by connecting strategy to execution across the full customer lifecycle. We partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Technology to establish the processes, data, systems, and operating rhythms that improve revenue performance.
Our team brings together insights and action, turning complex business signals into clear priorities, consistent execution, and measurable outcomes. We are accountable for strengthening alignment across go-to-market functions while continuously improving the experience for our customers and internal teams.

About the Role

As Revenue Operations Director of Canada and Mexico, you will lead strategic operational initiatives that drive growth while improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability of our go-to-market organization. You will serve as a trusted thought partner to senior business leaders, translating strategy into scalable processes, performance management, and technology-enabled solutions.

You will own the operating cadence for key revenue processes, including planning, forecasting, pipeline management, territory and capacity decisions. You will lead through influence across a broad, cross-functional stakeholder group and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with revenue leaders to design and execute the operations strategy, roadmap, and annual operating plan in alignment with company growth priorities.
  • Establish and continuously improve operating rhythms for planning, forecasting, pipeline inspection, business reviews, and executive decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Value Management, Customer Success and Finance leaders to drive alignment across the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
  • Define the metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that provide leaders with timely, actionable insight into revenue health, conversion, capacity, productivity, and forecast risk.
  • Lead initiatives to improve demand generation, forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, sales productivity, territory coverage, and customer retention and expansion.
  • Identify operational friction, systemic risks, and growth constraints; prioritize and lead cross-functional solutions.

About You

Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Strategy, Business Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional operations in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with market sizing, annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management, sales performance measurement, and executive business reviews.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM, reporting and analytics platforms, and go-to-market technology ecosystems.

Other Qualifications
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including concise written narratives and compelling presentations.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational rigor and hands-on execution.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a track record of simplifying complex processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
