What You'll Do
  • Support GTM operations: Execute on the day-to-day cadence, reporting, and workflows that support Sales, Finance, and Customer Field Engineering while learning how the full GTM engine operates.
  • Deal desk & deal support: Support reps and customer field engineering during late-stage deal cycles by preparing quotes, supporting pricing approvals, structuring non-standard terms, and ensuring operational and financial compliance.
  • Accounts receivable & billing support: Assist with AR workflows, invoice tracking, issue resolution, and coordination with Finance to ensure clean handoffs from deal close to cash collection.
  • Commission calculations & support: Calculate commissions, support commission reporting, and help ensure accurate, timely, and transparent payouts in partnership with Finance and RevOps leadership.
  • Operational reporting & analytics: Maintain Salesforce data integrity and build core reports and dashboards related to pipeline, bookings, deal activity, and forecasting.
  • Support forecasting processes: Assist with weekly forecast cycles, pipeline hygiene, and data preparation while learning forecasting frameworks and best practices.
  • GTM systems & tooling: Support the administration and day-to-day use of GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce and related tools), document workflows, and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies across deal desk, billing, commissions, and GTM workflows, and support improvements as the business scales.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Customer Field Engineering to support revenue execution and ensure smooth operational handoffs.


What You'll Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, or a related analyst role
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort executing process-heavy and sometimes repetitive work
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM) with a desire to deepen expertise
  • Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Interest in learning GTM systems, forecasting, commissions, and revenue operations
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
  • A growth-oriented mindset - motivated to learn, improve, and take on increasing responsibility over time
