Full Job Description
Boulevard is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to help build the reporting infrastructure, KPI frameworks, and strategic analysis that power decision-making across our go-to-market organization. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, translating raw data from Salesforce, Sigma, and Snowflake into clear, trusted insights that senior GTM leadership can act on.

You'll partner closely with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leaders to surface patterns in pipeline, funnel, and retention data, support forecasting and territory/quota planning, and help shape the strategic planning process for the broader revenue organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor, fluency in modern BI tools (especially Sigma), and the business acumen to turn data into a clear point of view - comfortable moving between the details of a query and a boardroom-ready narrative.

What you'll do here:

KPI Reporting & Dashboards
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks in Sigma that track pipeline, bookings, funnel conversion, retention, and revenue performance
  • Own the accuracy, consistency, and documentation of core revenue metrics and definitions across the GTM organization
  • Partner with Data teams to model and structure data in Snowflake to support scalable, self-serve reporting
  • Continuously improve dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business questions

Forecasting & Pipeline Analysis
  • Support the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting process by building and maintaining forecasting models and pipeline coverage analyses
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to understand variance between forecast and actuals, and recommend adjustments
  • Build scenario models to support planning conversations with senior leadership

Strategic Planning & Insights
  • Partner with senior GTM leadership to analyze patterns across the customer lifecycle - from lead generation through renewal - and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including goal-setting, territory design, and capacity planning
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses on topics such as segmentation, channel performance, win/loss trends, and customer health
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and narratives that distill complex data into clear, decision-ready insights

Systems & Data Integrity
  • Partner with RevOps and Data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across Salesforce, Sigma, and Snowflake
  • Help define and maintain data governance standards for revenue metrics and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and reduce manual, error-prone processes
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and partner with technical teams to resolve root causes

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align on metrics, definitions, and reporting cadence
  • Act as a trusted analytical partner to senior leaders, proactively surfacing insights rather than only responding to requests
  • Support GTM initiatives such as territory planning, compensation design, and pipeline generation programs with data and analysis

What you'll need to thrive:

Experience
  • 3-5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or financial analysis (preferably in B2B SaaS)
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Sigma (required) or a comparable BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience working with Salesforce and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, or strategic/annual planning processes

Technical & Analytical Expertise
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large, complex data sets
  • Ability to build and maintain forecasting and scenario models
  • Strong understanding of core GTM metrics: pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC, retention/churn, and revenue attribution
  • Ability to translate complex, ambiguous data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Strategic & Cross-Functional Skills
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decisions through data and analysis
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple analyses and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience building and presenting executive-level materials

Mindset
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy
  • Curious and proactive - energized by digging into data to find the story behind the numbers
  • Highly collaborative, with the judgment to know when to escalate, simplify, or dig deeper
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where none exists

Bonus Points
  • Experience with Marketo, Customer.io, or other marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with HockeyStack or similar attribution/analytics tools
  • Experience supporting compensation planning or territory design

How we'll take care of you:

At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we're happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For U.S. based candidates, the anticipated base salary range is $102,000 - $120,500 per year. In addition to the wonderful people you'll get to work with and challenging projects that'll push you - Boulevard is here to make sure you're always at the top of your game emotionally, mentally, and physically.
  • We've got you covered with a 401(k) match plus dental, medical, vision, and life insurance.
  • Take a break whenever you need with our flexible vacation day policy.
  • Fully remote so you can choose where you want to work. You'll receive a work from home stipend every month.
