The Adviser is responsible for validating solutions, managing project logistics, and translating strategic plans into effective operational realities. Teammates in this role specialize in a particular area of operations, which could include but is not limited to System Optimization, Quality/Audit/Risk, Payer Intelligence, or Digital Workflow, acting as the primary operational resource to drive consensus and successfully roll out new initiatives within their specific domain.

  • Process Deployment & Translation: Translate technical requirements into clear operational terms ("what," "how," and "why"). Author user-friendly SOPs and provide direct support during launch phases to troubleshoot unforeseen issues in real-time.
  • Stakeholder Management & Consensus: Employ influence without direct authority to motivate teams and drive consensus on key decisions, skillfully negotiating and resolving conflicts among stakeholders.

Specialized Focus Area (Teammate will own ONE of the following):
  • System Optimization SME: Design and enhance system rules (e.g., eligibility, billing setup) to reduce manual decision-making; translate technical release notes into operational realities.
  • Quality, Audit & Risk SME: Manage the execution of risk assessments, ensure adherence to SLA standards for audits, and advise leaders on operational responses to compliance findings.
  • Payer Intelligence SME: Anticipate shifts in payer behavior, proactively design workflow changes to address regulatory updates, and educate the floor on evolving payer rules.
