Full Job Description
This is a high-level revenue cycle leadership position that oversees the Business Office, Health Information, and Patient Access. The role serves as the organization's HIPAA Privacy Officer, with responsibility for privacy and compliance across the hospital, clinics, and affiliated services. This position is accountable for revenue cycle performance, HIM coding workflows, patient access operations and organizational privacy compliance.
Requirements
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or Accounting.
• Current RHIT or RHIA or the ability to obtain.
• 5 years' minimum of progressive responsible Healthcare, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience, including responsibility for staff performance, workflows, and department operations.
