Pay range: Salary $99,736.00 - $149,614.00 Overlake Medical Center & Clinics has a great opportunity for an experienced HEALTHCARE revenue cycle professional to work in a highly collaborative environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in patient financial services with advance working knowledge and practice of EPIC Electronic Medical Records, state and federal payor regulations, and insurance claim processing. The Revenue Cycle Informatics Analyst is responsible for the independent analysis of information, best practice development, generation, and presentation of strategic information and designs critical to the operational performance, financial viability and ongoing measurement of the revenue cycle. Provides accurate, timely and objective analysis in all projects assigned related to ongoing and special financial and workflow analysis necessary to support the health system. Full Time - Exempt Remote position (requires residency in Washington State) Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is required. Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Master's degree is preferred. - Epic certification is highly desired. - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or related consulting is required. Strong preference for patient financial services or revenue integrity experience. - Advanced knowledge of Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is required. - Knowledge of best practice methodologies and ability to implement using project management skills. - Knowledge and understanding of statistical tools - Knowledge of state and federal regulations as they pertain to billing processes and procedures for government payers. - Knowledge of insurance claim processing and third-party reimbursement for government payers. - Knowledge of accounts receivable key performance indicators and best practices. - Knowledge of reimbursement and payor mix. - Knowledge of benchmarking and productivity concepts. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. - Skill in good oral and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. - Skill in time management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. - Ability to think creatively, work independently and take initiative.
