Purpose and MissionThe Pricing & Revenue Manager drives profitable revenue growth by developing, managing, and executing pricing strategies. Working closely with Management, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, this role applies market insights and business objectives to pricing and commercial initiatives that grow revenue, enhance margins, and improve sales effectiveness.
Key Activities and Responsibilities- Drive profitable revenue growth through pricing strategy, governance, and execution across all commercial segments in the SWS North America business unit
- Lead pricing strategy, guidance, and approvals for strategic accounts, key markets, and new business opportunities
- Manage day-to-day pricing operations, including supporting the commercial team and conducting price and margin analyses
- Maintain and update price lists rapidly in response to market conditions
- Coordinate price adjustment justification based on publicly available indexes; FRED, inflation, packaging, transport, labor, etc.
- Prepare and check contractual price adjustments for Key Accounts.
- Prepare and analyze price and margin performance for multiple markets
- Compile and analyze supplier, customer and competitor price adjustments to ensure Bekaert maintains market competitive prices and prevents margin erosion
- Develop and own margin management tools (PowerBI), pricing models, and performance reporting
- Perform regular price and margin review with sales leaders
- Conduct price and margin training with sales teams
- Monitor pricing KPIs, margin trends, and customer-level performance
- Monitor and reduce claims related to pricing errors
- Monitor fixed cost adjustments and confirm price strategy adjustments with sales leaders
- Coordinate cross-functional pricing initiatives with Sales and Marketing
- Identify markets where Bekaert may take a strong revenue position
- Mentor junior sales managers on pricing strategy
- Ensure consistent use of CRM for quoting and customer engagement recordkeeping
About You - Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or revenue strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; MBA preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (PowerBI), ERP systems (SAP), and CRM systems (Dynamics 365)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic change
- Project management leadership and ability to manage multiple high-urgency requests while maintaining pricing integrity
