The Retirement Transitions Data Lead I (DL I) job supports internal stakeholders and partners for platform updates and installation of services for retirement plan clients. This job partners with external vendors and internal partners to obtain all necessary data for each transition. Working under limited supervision, the Retirement Transitions Data Lead ensures all plan data is comprehensive, inclusive, and accurate to ensure the enterprise's clients and transitions are successful.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Implements projects for institutional retirement plans with high quality data outcomes.
- Provides consultative data solutions for plan administration challenges.
- Escalates risks and issues for retirement plan implementations in a timely manner.
- Engages with appropriate resources in a highly-matrixed environment to resolve data issues.
- Seeks guidance from senior analysts regarding retirement transition data challenges that require more advanced knowledge and experience.
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations- SRC Indicator: Series 6 or 7
Physical Requirements- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
Career Level 7IC
Required Skills:- 3+ years of Financial Services experience.
- Experience with institutional retirement plans.
- Must obtain Series 6 or Series 7 within 120 days from the date of hire.

Base Pay Range: $76,700/yr - $90,400/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
