As a Reticle Process Engineer, you will be part of a specialized engineering team dedicated to ensuring the quality, reliability, and operational integrity of photomasks used in advanced lithography processes. You will closely collaborate with process engineers, scanner equipment engineers, and other cross-functional partners to lead critical activities such as photomask qualification, contamination control, and defect reduction-tasks that directly influence photolithography performance. You will be responsible for proactively managing photomask-related risks-through technical investigation, continuous improvement, data-driven problem solving, and operational efficiency enhancement.
Responsibilities - Establish, improve, and optimize business processes related to in-fab photomask management and technologies
- Monitor, maintain and improve reticle pattern inspection and Automatic Defect Classification (ADC) processes to ensure photomask quality.
- Define and evaluate process parameters for various photomask-related equipment
- Evaluate, promote, and implement new equipment and materials; develop technology roadmaps
- Perform 8D root-cause analysis for issues and abnormalities
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelors Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation, including accuracy, precision, detection limits, and system limitations
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication with photolithography or RDA inspection background
- Experience applying or developing AI Assisted solutions in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional projects and influence partners across teams
Preferred Qualifications: - Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Experience with inspection tools like KLA or Lasertec is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
