OVERVIEW
We are seeking an energetic self-motivated Project Manager to join a progressive Financial Services Accountto manage administrative and retail projects in an assigned region.
The selected candidate will be expected to lead a cross function team of design professionals, general contractors, and specialty contractors across a large geographic area, Managing multiple projects at one time in various phases of development to meet or exceed established goals including speed to market, project and data quality & budget.The candidates primary focus will be on the specific needs of the project, client, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders but will also be required to support client initiatives and team objectives to ensure continuous process improvement and personal career development.
The selected candidate will be required to track and report project financials, milestone schedule, status updates, and other regular reporting required by the client.Project Management experience in financial services/retail banking industry is preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Hands on management and oversight of multiple Projects including, but not limited to: major renovations, minor modifications, consolidations, decommissions, closures, reconfigurations, security, signage, furniture and other required programs.
bConcurrently manage various phases of a project(s) in various locations, from project initiation through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction and financial closeout.
bDemonstrate full accountability for end to end management of projects.
bLead entire project team consisting of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, real estate brokers, environmental consultants, client stakeholders, security, AV, IT and furniture vendors.
bProvide weekly project activity updates to Team Lead and/or Project Management Lead regarding project schedule, potential risks, budget status and anticipated cash flow utilizing JLL technology.
bDevelop risk management plans and lead project teams through established work authorization processes to ensure no impacts or incidents within critical environments or equipment.
bParticipate and or lead client decision making by providing relevant data, formal recommendations and outlining associated risks for client review and approval.
bOversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction including project charter, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, financial funding requests, status reports, punch lists, and special reports on-time and in accordance with pre-established formats to pass all project documentation reviews with client.
bManage vendors (e.g., GC, A&E, Security, signage)to ensure full compliance with all project policies and procedures, including the formal closeout of all projects in less than 90 days after project completion
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
bBachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field is preferred.
bArchitecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred
bMinimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction.
bExperience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations is required
bExperience with Financial Services is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
bProficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web based applications
bFamiliarity with architectural drawings; furniture, fixtures, and equipment; design and space planning concepts; construction costs and schedules.
bStrong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
bExcellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
bProven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES, NOT REQUIRED
bLEED Certification is preferred.
bPMP Certification is preferred

Estimated compensation for this position:107,100.00 6 125,100.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
