AI Program Manager The Opportunity: Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) programs in support of client strategy. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide the activities of junior employees. You Have: • 1+ years of experience supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering AI, data science, or machine learning projects • Experience with stakeholder engagement and interacting with senior executives or Flag Officers • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and help lead a team • Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams • Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: • Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW) • Experience with Agile methodologies or software project management tools, including ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence • Knowledge of project and program management practices in a DoD setting • Master's degree • SAFe Program Consultant Certification • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
