Full Job Description

Holman is seeking a Retail Enablement Manager to join our Retail Central Operations team. This role partners closely with dealership leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance, optimize digital tools, and elevate the customer experience across our retail network.

You will lead initiatives spanning technology, support training, and process optimization, ensuring our dealerships are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and best practices to succeed.

Compensation: targeted at ~$150K for a highly qualified candidate
Travel: 1-2X monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution for strategic initiatives impacting sales and customer experience
  • Support vendor relationships supporting CRM and digital retail platforms
  • Execute rollout, training, and communication plans tailored to dealership needs
  • Partner with sales, store leadership, marketing, IT, and Holman University to drive adoption and performance

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $95,500.00 - $136,090.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
