Full Job Description
Qualified candidates should have at least 10 years of law firm experience representing secured lenders and/or other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings (including DIP financing and cash collateral use, plans of reorganization and asset dispositions) and out-of-court workouts, restructurings,foreclosures, asset dispositions, liability management transactions and assignments for the benefit of creditors. This position is a great opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with strong communication skills.
Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills are required.
The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000 - $470,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
