Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of insurance compliance with TPA parameters is essential.
  • Experience with software such as MICA/Mitigate, Symbility, and Xactanalysis is expected.
  • IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT) for industry standards compliance.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history is required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure team performance aligns with Paul Davis standards in mitigation and remediation.
  • Lead and develop the mitigation team to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Oversee job estimates to meet timing and profit margins.
  • Meet with clients and adjusters to provide expert assistance and resolve issues.
  • Conduct quality control through site re-inspections.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers to resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of equipment and ensure truck readiness.

Reports To: General Manager
Direct Reports: 5+ Technicians

Qualifications (Requirements):
  • **INSURANCE/TPA RESTORATIONINDUSTRY experience REQUIRED**
  • 3+ years mitigation management experience required, including team management and development
  • Adept at managing insurance compliance and working within carrier and TPA parameters
  • Proficiency with mitigation software including MICA/Mitigate, Symbility, Xactanalysis, Dash, etc.
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency with estimating software (Xactimate and Symbility) a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish preferred
  • Dedication to customer service
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime as needed
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the teams' performance of water and fire mitigation, mold remediation, trauma/bio-hazard clean up, tarping, and board up services are in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Lead, train, and develop the mitigation team and ensure readiness at all times to respond to meet customer's needs and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure jobs and estimates achieve or exceed timing and margin requirements.
  • Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide mitigation expertise and guidance.
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
  • Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
  • Be accessible to mitigation team and office team by phone, Teams, and email.
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
