A day in the life...The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations at Cuvée, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The role will lead a team of dedicated professionals, maintain the restaurant's prestigious standards and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Guest Relations: Foster a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere for all guests. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide continuous feedback and conduct regular performance evaluations. Promote a positive work environment and team culture.
- Financial Management : Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue. Analyze financial reports to monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain the highest levels of food and service quality.
- Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities, events, and initiatives to attract and retain guests.
- Inventory Management : Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stocking of supplies. Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality.
- Vendor Relations : Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality and pricing.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance the restaurant's reputation and profitability.
Requirements
You own this if you have...- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury, Forbes 5-star, or equivalent establishment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and guest service excellence.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High level of professionalism, with a focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary Description
$80,000 to $85,000 + Bonus Incentive
