Windham Mountain Club is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our dining outlets.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and consistently upholds the highest standards of hospitality.

Joining during the summer season offers a valuable opportunity to learn our operations, establish your team, and prepare for our high-volume winter season.

Pay: 85-105K per year

Job Duties: The list below best represents many of the tasks you will be asked to perform at some time during your employment at Windham Mountain Club. This list of duties is not intended to represent all of the tasks you may be asked to perform.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and high service standards
  • Lead, coach, and schedule staff; manage hiring and performance
  • Partner closely with the Chef to ensure smooth operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns professionally
  • Monitor labor, payroll accuracy, inventory, and cost controls
  • Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Track financial performance, including P&L and sales trends
  • Conduct team trainings, meetings, and daily briefings
