The Restaurant Manager of Sally's Waterfront Dining is responsible for managing the daily opportunities required by strong leadership, and manage the day-to-day operation of hotel outlets. This position is also ultimately responsible for the quality of service provided.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supports and manages the restaurant while working closely with hotel departments
- Supports the F&B MOD for outlet operations by learning all operating outlets across the hotel to support when appropriate.
- Ensure alignment with immediate supervisors and two directly reporting assistant managers
- Responsible for short- and long-term planning to achieve financial and service goals
- Ensure effective hiring, training, and individual/team development
- Accountability of teams' service and professional standards
- Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
- Full understanding of Colleague engagement and driving results
- Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost control
- Create a high energy, positive, professional environment
- Plan, coordinate & manage special promotions, events and competitions
- Work closely with marketing on promotional and marketing opportunities
Salary: The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000. This is the pay range for this position that Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

- Hotel experience and a thorough understanding of restaurant service
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant or Restaurant Manager is preferred
