What You Will Do- Maintain and ensure application of current NDT standards, including NAS-410 and applicable Pratt & Whitney specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and administer the company's NDT Written Practice, including certification requirements, training programs, and recertification processes.
- Serve as the technical authority for assigned NDT methods, including method selection, technique development, and approval of procedures.
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, specifications, standards, planning documents, and contractual requirements to determine appropriate NDT requirements are met.
- Ensure full compliance with customer, industry, and government regulations governing nondestructive inspection activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, retention, and traceability of NDT records, reports, and certifications
- Train, examine, and certify NDT Level I, II, and III personnel in accordance with NAS 410, Pratt & Whitney requirements and applicable industry standards.

Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, program management, quality, or related field OR a master's degree with 5 or more years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, program management, quality, or related field.
- In absence of a degree, 12 or more years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, program management, quality, Non-Destructive Testing, or related field
- Currently hold a Level 3 certification in NDT methods, with specific focus in Ultrasonic Inspection, Eddy Current Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and Penetrant Inspection
Qualifications We Prefer:- Experience with training, personnel testing and auditing NDT systems.
- Experience with immersion Ultrasonic Testing.
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge and experience with root cause and process control tools.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft suite.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
