Full Job Description
Torch Technologies is seeking a Response Division Management Analyst to join our team and support JIATF 401 Response Division leadership by enhancing operational effectiveness through process optimization, data management, and strategic coordination in a fast-paced mission environment.

As a Response Division Management Analyst, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Partner closely with division leadership to enhance administrative efficiency and support high-level operational execution
  • Analyze and improve workflows, developing systems and processes that streamline execution of critical division tasks
  • Collaborate with government leadership, staff, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and operational objectives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and briefing materials to track project status, risks, and performance metrics
  • Support planning and execution of division initiatives, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting coordination
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders by compiling and disseminating reports, updates, and action items
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure leadership priorities remain on track through proactive coordination
  • Serve as the central hub for division information management, implementing systems for efficient data capture, organization, and dissemination


Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, program management, or analytical support roles
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, program management, or analytical support roles
  • Active Secret security clearance required (must be able to maintain)
  • Experience supporting operational workflows, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in DoW or federal environments


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DoW or Federal programs
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders
  • Strong technical documentation, briefing, and reporting experience
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP)
  • Advanced degree or additional certifications
