En tant que Responsable Senior - Chef de Projet - Gestion des opérations, vous dirigerez des initiatives d'amélioration des processus d'affaires de bout en bout. Vous serez responsable de mobiliser les parties prenantes, piloter les plans de projet, résoudre les enjeux et assurer le suivi des bénéfices générés.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuildu lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?

Gestion des parties prenantes

  • Collaborer avec les propriétaires de processus (Process Owners), experts de contenu (SME) et principales parties prenantes afin d'identifier les processus prioritaires à améliorer.


  • Définir les mandats d'initiative (portée, objectifs) ainsi que les mécanismes de gouvernance appropriés.


  • Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des projets et gérer les impacts liés au changement.


  • Accompagner, soutenir et prioriser les activités des responsables en amélioration des processus


Exécution des initiatives

  • Diriger la définition des plans de projet de bout en bout (échéanciers, approche, ateliers, ressources, etc.).


  • Assurer la mobilisation des ressources et des équipes nécessaires à la réussite des initiatives.


  • Coordonner l'exécution des projets afin de respecter les objectifs, les délais et les résultats attendus.


Gestion des risques et résolution des enjeux

  • Piloter la résolution proactive des problèmes et faciliter la prise de décision.


  • Identifier les risques potentiels pouvant compromettre la réussite des projets et mettre en place des plans d'atténuation.


  • Soutenir les équipes dans la résolution de problématiques complexes.


Réalisation des bénéfices et suivi de performance

  • Collaborer avec les propriétaires de processus afin de mettre en place les indicateurs de performance (KPI) pertinents.


  • Assurer le suivi des résultats et mesurer les bénéfices générés par les initiatives d'amélioration.


  • Évaluer le retour sur investissement (ROI) des projets et communiquer les impacts d'affaires obtenus.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?

  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, gestion ou domaine connexe.


  • Minimum de 10 années d'expérience en Lean / amélioration continue dans un environnement manufacturier et chaîne d'approvisionnement.


  • Maîtrise des outils Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt)


  • Expérience en transformation Lean à l'échelle (multi-sites, multi-fonctions)


  • Expérience en amélioration des systèmes qualité (QMS, audits, standardisation) est un atout


  • Forte capacité d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes complexes et de gestion du changement


  • Leadership d'influence, capacité à mobiliser sans autorité hiérarchique


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

As a Senior Project Manager - Operations, you will lead end-to-end business process improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for engaging stakeholders, driving project plans, resolving issues, and ensuring the realization of business benefits.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and key stakeholders to identify priority processes for improvement.


  • Define initiative mandates (scope, objectives) and establish the appropriate governance framework.


  • Monitor project progress and manage change impacts.


  • Support, coach, and prioritize the activities of Process Improvement Leads.


Initiative Execution

  • Lead the definition of end-to-end project plans (timelines, approach, workshops, resources, etc.).


  • Ensure the mobilization of the required resources and teams to successfully execute initiatives.


  • Coordinate project execution to achieve expected objectives, timelines, and outcomes.


Risk & Issue Management

  • Drive proactive issue resolution and facilitate decision-making.


  • Identify potential risks that may impact project success and implement mitigation strategies.


  • Support teams in solving complex operational challenges.


Benefits Realization & Performance Tracking

  • Partner with Process Owners to implement relevant KPIs required to measure performance improvements.

What do you need to be successful?

  • University degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Lean / continuous improvement within a manufacturing and supply chain environment.
