Responsabilités principales
  • Diriger les initiatives de transformation numérique et analytique de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
  • Concevoir et déployer des solutions analytiques avancées et des tableaux de bord stratégiques
  • Influencer les décisions de la haute direction grâce à des insights exploitables
  • Accélérer l’adoption des données et des outils analytiques à l’échelle de l’organisation
  • Mettre en place des standards, modèles de gouvernance et meilleures pratiques

Summary

The Principal IT Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead serves as a senior expert in analytics and digital transformation, driving enterprise-wide strategy to enable advanced, data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations. This role delivers complex analytics solutions, predictive insights, and innovative capabilities that shape strategic priorities and modernize the organization.

This role is hybrid 2x per week in office following our Flex & Connect model

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a recognized authority in analytics and digital transformation, shaping enterprise supply chain strategy and standards
  • Lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions, predictive dashboards, and AI-driven insights
  • Provide expert guidance to senior analysts and cross-functional teams on complex transformation initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership to influence supply chain and enterprise decision-making through actionable insights
  • Champion data literacy and elevate analytics and digital capabilities across the organization
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and implementing modern BI and digital tools
  • Establish governance frameworks and best practices for analytics, data, and digital transformation delivery
  • Define and monitor enterprise KPIs and supply chain performance metrics
  • Act as a change leader, driving adoption of digital solutions and positioning data as a strategic asset
  • Represent the organization in external forums, partnerships, and vendor evaluations

  • Expert knowledge of enterprise data architecture, supply chain analytics, and digital transformation strategy
  • Strong experience with modern analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) and cloud-based technologies

  • Advanced SQL and data management experience, including integration and governance

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 13+ years, with 8+ years, of direct work-related experience. Less years required if has relevant Master's or Doctorate qualifications.

Preferable Skills & Experience
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments
  • Background in supply chain systems, planning, logistics, or distribution analytics
  • Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks
  • Exposure to generative AI, automation, or intelligent supply chain solutions
  • Experience working with external vendors and leading large-scale transformation programs
