Work Schedule:
This is a full time position scheduled to work Monday through Friday during core business hours at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position requires administrator on call coverage for the department on some weekends and holidays.

Lead a 24/7 respiratory services operation, driving high-quality, cost-effective care while supporting a highly engaged, collaborative team.

In this role, you'll partner with physicians and clinical leaders to advance programs, improve outcomes, and support continued growth across respiratory services. You'll lead supervisors and frontline staff, foster a strong team culture, and play a key role in shaping the future of care delivery

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity within a top-performing health system, offering a hybrid schedule with flexibility to support off-shift teams and shared on-call coverage

We are seeking a Manager Respiratory Care to:

Work Experience

Licenses & Certifications
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Upon Hire Required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification

  • Current ACLS and/or PALS certification Preferred
