Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations, including PSM safety guidelines.
• Familiarity with reactive chemistry and control systems is essential.
• Experience using SAP software for production management.
• Proficient in computer skills with a focus on data analysis techniques.
• Experience with VPC (Vendor Product Control) preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and independent working ability necessary.
• Excellent skills in communication and interpersonal relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities across multiple shifts and supervise leadmen.
• Collaborate with management to set production standards and develop budgets.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Plan and prioritize production activities for optimal operational efficiency.
• Integrate production tasks with procurement, maintenance, and quality control functions.
• Analyze operational reports to identify and resolve product quality issues.
• Facilitate training and development for team members in line with operational goals.
• Revise production schedules and respond to equipment failures promptly.
• Consult with engineering on modifications to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
• Administer performance appraisals effectively and in a timely manner.
