🚀 What You'll DoAs a Residential Service Plumber, you'll diagnose issues, present solutions, and deliver high-quality repairs while building trust with homeowners.
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Present options to customers and help them make confident buying decisions
- Install, maintain, and repair water and gas lines, fixtures, and appliances
- Ensure all work meets local codes and quality standards
- Manage your calls efficiently and work independently in the field
- Communicate with dispatch, managers, and support teams
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace
- Attend ongoing training to sharpen skills and increase performance
🎯 What We're Looking For- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (service-focused preferred)
- Illinois plumbing license preferred (3rd-year apprentice considered)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers
- Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping-not pressuring
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Military experience welcomed and encouraged
