The Role:- Lead residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate project kick-offs and construction activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.
- Monitor project quality, safety, costs, and progress.
- Resolve issues before they affect project delivery.
- Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator.
You may be a great fit if you have:- 5+ years of residential landscape construction experience.
- Proven project management and leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of drawings, elevations, layouts, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, and Word.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Relevant post-secondary education.
- Available to work on weekends as needed.
