Description

The Construction Project Manager will oversee residential home improvement (both exterior and interior) remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, as prescribed by leadership. This role serves as the primary liaison among clients, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer success.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in exterior remodeling or construction.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of exterior remodeling processes, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and people skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
