Surfside Laundry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Regional General Manager to oversee operations for our commercial laundry facilities in Panama City Beach and Destin, FL. Based in Panama City Beach, this leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of two commercial laundries in Panama City Beach and one in Destin. The ideal candidate will have strong operational management skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to lead diverse teams to meet and exceed business goals.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of three commercial laundry facilities, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop on-site management teams and staff to foster a productive and positive work environment.
- Coordinate and optimize workflows between the Panama City Beach and Destin locations.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations across all sites.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics.
- Serve as the resident manager based in Panama City Beach, with regular visits and oversight of the Destin facility.
Requirements- Proven experience in regional or multi-site management, preferably within the commercial laundry or related service industries.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between Panama City Beach and Destin locations.
- Knowledge of commercial laundry operations, equipment, and safety standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
