Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections of construction sites as the primary responsibility.
  • Perform special inspections in areas of qualification.
  • Lead construction progress meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Preliminary review of submittals, RFIs, and RFCs to ensure completeness before engineering review.
  • Evaluate and accept project schedule updates.
  • Review and accept the project schedule of values ensuring alignment with project scope.
  • Conduct preliminary reviews of change orders to identify required adjustments.
  • Generate and maintain a project punchlist in collaboration with project engineers.
  • Review and recommend construction pay applications for effective financial tracking.
  • Weekly review of contractor record drawings to verify accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in start-up and commissioning activities to usher projects into operation.

Overview

  • Daily inspection (primary responsibility)
  • Special Inspection (in areas where qualified)
  • Leading Construction Progress Meetings

Compensation Range

$120,000 to $145,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee27s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
