This position is for a full-time Resident Manager II with 3-bedroom unit to work at Sun Commons, a 103-unit affordable disabled/special needs family housing community in North Hollywood, CA. This is a PSH property. This is a tax credit/HUD combo property. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Must be able to live onsite. Valid Drivers License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Must be able to develop and implement budgets and have tenant relations experience. Salary range: $72,072 - $97,458 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $72,072 - $79,608 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. POSITION OVERVIEW The Resident Manager II is directly responsible for managing the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical and social soundness. The Resident Manager oversees the day to day operations of the property including administrative, facilities and marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES 3 Collects Rent, Makes Bank Deposits, Prepares and Submits Rent Roll, Verifies Income 3 Complies with HUD, TCAC or other regulations 3 Maintains Waiting List, Prepares and Processes Leases 3 Supervises on-site Staff of 3 or more 3 Processes Evictions, Conducts Annual Inspections and Coordinates Repairs 3 For HUD Properties, submits Vouchers QUALIFICATIONS 3 2+ Years of Affordable Housing Property Management Experience 3 Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines 3 Ability to Develop and Implement Budgets and Variance Reports 3 Skills in Resident Problem Solving and Staff Management
