As a Resident District Manager, you'll be at the center of it all: launching, shaping, and elevating a multi-site program that delivers fresh ideas, high energy, and exceptional service every single day. You'll lead alongside a strong, collaborative team-including a Sr Director of Dining Services, Executive Chef. You will be inspiring, mentoring and training a frontline team of up to 110 associates. Key Responsibilities: - Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability
- Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
- Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region
- Participates in the sales process to grow the region
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree and minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in foodservice, hospitality management, nutrition or culinary.
- Is well-versed in all aspects of foodservice management with a proven track record of success
- Has proven track record of leading a business and a team, strong customer service, and good business and financial acumen
- Demonstrates strong initiative, critical thinking, ownership, communications (listening, written, and verbal), multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
- Champions the inclusion mindset, and is proactive, positive, professional, and resilient
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and POS software
