One year of supervisory experience in healthcare preferred
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records and documentation systems

Responsibilities
Spearhead care plan development for residents
Ensure treatments align with care plans and resident wishes
Plan and revise MDS, including implementation of RAPs and Triggers
Certify nursing staff performance in their assignments
Confirm that nurse notes accurately reflect care and resident responses
Delegate, train, evaluate, and support care staff
Coordinate facility surveys with government agencies
Train staff in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Attend continuing education programs and lead in-service training
Report to the Director of Nursing and fill in as necessary

Pay Range:
RN: $52 - $57
LPN: $44 - $48
As Resident Care Manageryou will assist the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the facility's nursing department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, as may be directed by the Administrator or Director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
You Will:
Spearhead care plan development for each resident
Ensure medical & nursing treatments align with the care plan and resident's wishes
Plan, Schedule, and revise MDS (implementation of RAPs and Triggers)
Certify nursing personnel is performing their work assignments
Confirm nurse notes are informative and descriptive of care, including resident response/wishes
Delegate, train, evaluate and support care staff
Coordinate with facility surveys by authorized government agencies
Train in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Maintain knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, the MDS process, CMS directives, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities
Attend continuing education programs / provide leadership for in-service training
Report to the Director of Nursing and fill in as needed
You Currently:
Possess a Nursing license in good standing
Typical candidates have one year of supervisor experience in a healthcare setting
Have experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
