Description Our Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a full-time Research Program Manager for our Center for Neurobehavioral Genetics. You will support innovative research programs focused on advancing our understanding of neurobehavioral, psychiatric, and developmental conditions through interdisciplinary collaboration, community engagement, and scientific discovery. You will support a variety of research and programmatic initiatives by coordinating day-to-day operations, facilitating participant engagement, supporting regulatory activities, and help drive successful project execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing research and program activities in support of department goals and objectives
- Support regulatory and compliance activities, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions, amendments, renewals, and documentation maintenance
- Coordinate research recruitment efforts and engage with study participants, including obtaining informed consent and conducting surveys and interviews
- Assist with data collection, data quality review, database maintenance, and reporting activities
- Prepare weekly project updates, status reports, schedules, and supporting documentations
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, researchers, and community partners to support ongoing research and outreach initiatives
- Coordinate meeting, workshops, conferences, site visits, and special events
- Develop and maintain project materials, presentations, reports, website content, communications, and social media materials
- Assist with tracking project milestones, deliverable, and operational activities to ensure successful program execution
- Support special projects and other research administration activities
Salary range: $30.63/hr - $59.19/hr
