About the Role:

Own the end-to-end R&D pipeline, managing intake, prioritization, and sequencing of innovation, tool development, and process improvement initiatives based on impact, feasibility, ROI, and strategic fit.
Lead the design and governance of structured testing programs, establishing clear hypotheses, success metrics, data standards, and disciplined pilot execution across field operations.
Analyze pilot results and operational data to deliver clear recommendations on whether initiatives should scale, improve, pause, or be discontinued.
Translate validated ideas into scalable field processes, tools, and rollout plans in partnership with operations and training teams to drive adoption and consistency.
Monitor post-launch performance, adoption, and feedback to refine solutions and ensure sustained results.
