The Psychophysiology and Behavioral Systems Lab (PBS) directed by Dr. Sara Jane Webb is seeking a licensed Behavior Analyst II, 100% FTE, to support behavioral assessment and management of children with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) across the lab's research portfolio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in behavior management strategies for children with NDDs, including experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based interventions. This role will assist in developing and implementing protocols to maximize the quality of data acquisition in participants, working closely with the research team, families, and clinical staff to ensure safe, effective, and participant-centered study visits for the ARIA Impact Study (https://ariaroadmap.org)
Required Education and Experience
Master's degree in social sciences, social work, psychology, counseling, special education, behavior analysis or other related social/behavior science field.
Minimum 3-years experience working as a BCBA developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive assessment and treatment for neurodiverse individuals.
Required Credentials
Washington State License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing.
Certification by a National Credentialing Board for Behavior Analysts (e.g., BACB).
Preferred
Bilingual skills.
Experience working with caregivers and families.
Experience working with neurodiverse individuals.
Experience working with diverse populations.
Experience navigating multiple hospital systems.
Experience working in a pediatric research setting.
Compensation Range
$97,665.00 - $146,497.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
