We're looking for a Research Analyst - Global Growth Equity to:
• assist lead portfolio managers with research activities on US and Global equities that reflect the investment strategies for our client mandates
• identify and assess new and existing investment opportunities using both fundamental bottom-up company driven analysis and top-down market level research
• help implement and manage investment strategies, support product workflows and models, and monitor performance and risks
• effectively communicate portfolio performance and positioning to key stakeholders
• coordinate research efforts with internal teams
• support the improvement of our processes and proprietary portfolio management systems
Your team
You'll be working in the Global Growth Equity team in New York. Our team is responsible for the management of US and Global equity strategies for institutional and retail clients managed against various benchmarks (i.e. S&P500, Russell 1000 Growth, MSCI World, etc.). As an Analyst, you'll play an important role in the real-time implementation, stock selection and management of the team's separately managed accounts (SMAs) and Lux funds.
Your expertise
• ideally 2-5+ years' relevant experience in US equity research, equity portfolio management or a related role - preferably with a focus on the technology or industrials -oriented sectors
• successful track record of investment performance and research coverage
• familiar with integrating alternative data sets into research process
• solution-oriented thinker with strong skills of communication and collaboration
• organized and focused, with the ability to work accurately under pressure
• proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office, Bloomberg, various AI tools, and FactSet
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and ideally CFA certified or studying toward this
• you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 135000 - max USD 165000 /annum
