Requirements and Traceability Lead manages requirements engineering activities ensuring full traceability from mission requirements through system implementation.
Responsibilities - Develop requirements management frameworks and traceability processes.
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices across systems and programs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define mission requirements.
- Ensure alignment between requirements and system capabilities.
Qualifications - Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in requirements engineering or systems engineering.
- Experience with requirements management tools.
- Active Secret security clearance required (or higher).
