Standard Job DescriptionTHE WORK- Leads the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of manufacturing resource planning (MRP) across multiple product lines, in a fast pace work environment.
- Leveraging deep technical expertise and strategic insight, driving inventory optimization, and BOM stewardship while partnering with Engineering, Program Management, Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations to ensure on-time delivery, cost-effective production, and high-quality outcomes.
- The selected candidate should also be team oriented and flexible to work within a changing environment as peak work conditions requires.
- Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.
Basic Qualifications- Skilled in Microsoft Suite Products to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with SAP
- Prior experience in Manufacturing Planning within a production operations environment, with a preferred focus in supply chain management or procurement.
- Data analysis experience
Desired Skills- Demonstrates ability to interpret data in purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other material inventory transactions to aid in the development and publishing of reports.
- Demonstrates the ability to apply knowledge of concepts and principals of planning to develop solutions to a variety of problems, particularly with materials delivery.
- Background in Planning/configuration management or Business Administration with a focus in Planning.
- Familiarity with SAP, Production Planning (PP) module
- Previous Sikorsky experience
- Previous aerospace experience
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00
