As Requirements Manager, you will act as the primary interface between the Client, Integration Committee, Engineering disciplines, Configuration Management, and Project Leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring that requirements are aligned, traceable, and effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle, while supporting successful design, integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the main point of contact for the Client on requirements-related matters.
- Build strong working relationships with the Client, Integration Committee, Project Management, Engineering Leads, Configuration Management, and Delivery teams.
- Drive the timely resolution of issues, risks, and decisions that may affect project scope, schedule, cost, or technical performance.
- Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
- Provide regular reporting and clear visibility on requirements status, key risks, change impacts, and progress.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of requirements management activities in line with project milestones and contractual commitments.
- Oversee requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation for System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and other project baselines.
- Support governance and decision-making related to requirements development, approval, baseline management, and change control.
- Co-ordinate impact assessments for proposed changes and provide recommendations to support informed project decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Requirements Analysts, setting clear objectives and priorities.
- Oversee the full requirements lifecycle to ensure requirements remain complete, traceable, consistent, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Ensure requirements support downstream engineering, integration, verification, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor requirements maturity and readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with applicable project processes, standards, and systems engineering principles, including ISO 15288 and EN 50126.
