Requirements Analyst (Business Analysis, Sr. Analyst) to support a Federal Government client in the Washington, DC metro area. The responsibilities for this position will include supporting automation and AI software application development projects with business process analysis, project documentation and requirements documentation.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.
Responsibilities- Create, edit, and revise, as appropriate, automation project documentation, approach memos, and process maps
- Responsible for collecting user requirements, reviewing software designs for accuracy and cross-system and cross-organization impact, assessing operational/business impacts
- Act as liaison between the systems development, computer operations, and accounting groups for software changes and coordination of operational procedures

Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in requirements development, process analysis, and/ or automated financial systems analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in a technical and non-technical capacity)
Desired Qualifications- Experience developing requirements for RPA software
- Experience developing requirements for MS Power Suite applications, PowerApps, PowerBI and SharePoint
- Experience developing requirements for AI applications, particularly large language models (LLM)
EducationBA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or another relevant technical or business field, or equivalent relevant experience.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
