Pay Range: $80k-100k basePosition Summary: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across the enterprise to support strategic decision-making. This role ensures the accuracy and consistency of data across reports by conducting audits and troubleshooting discrepancies.
Essential Job Functions:- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards providing actionable enterprise insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand data requirements and transform complex data sources into meaningful visualizations.
- Collaborate with Software Developers on shared data models using SQL to gather, clean, and integrate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop automated processes to streamline the distribution of reports and insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Optimize existing reports and dashboards for speed and efficiency, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create documentation for reports, data sources, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable solutions.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills: - Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' experience in field or related area
- Advanced level computer skills including advanced SQL Querying or similar technical proficiency
- 3+ years' experience in Power BI, including managing dataflows and datasets
- Advanced SQL knowledge, familiar with data normalization and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and foster relationships with a diverse group of internal and external clients in a collaborative environment
- Ability to handle working through a pipeline of analytics requests and multiple concurrent projects
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (work schedule may vary). Some overtime may be required and ability to work extended hours as needed to meet business needs.
