• 5+ years in leadership roles, demonstrating effective team management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills essential.
• Ability to navigate and succeed in matrix management environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate existing repair & maintenance processes for consistency across locations.
• Identify and implement LEAN efficiencies to reduce costs while ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate with product lines to integrate modern repair technologies into operations.
• Educate asset management personnel on R&M processes to optimize tool utilization and revenue.
• Coordinate with logistics for seamless asset movement from R&M facilities to operational sites.
• Establish and maintain effective vendor networks to support repair and maintenance activities.
