Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rental and service shop operations for fleet readiness and customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily workflow and prioritize operational needs.
• Review operational and financial metrics for decision-making support.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and repair to meet customer demand.
• Lead and support both union and non-union employees, fostering a compliant work environment.
• Ensure adherence to Safety and EPA standards.
• Collaborate with Service, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams for internal workflow efficiency.
• Drive improvements in branch efficiency and customer experience.
