Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to solve complex business problems, contributing to our advanced ad tech solutions.
Compensation: Up to $180,000 CAD base DOE
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and optimize algorithms.
- Conduct experiments to validate and compare different models and techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with big data technologies like SparkML.
- Familiarity with time series forecasting techniques including Prophet and ARIMA.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics methods such as mSSA and their application in ad tech.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
