IntePros is partnered with a global biopharmaceutical client to identify a Senior Data Analyst to transform complex enterprise data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making across operations. This role partners with leaders across Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, Data Science, and Business Intelligence to identify opportunities for process optimization, operational excellence, and measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate combines advanced analytical and technical expertise with strong business acumen, using SQL, Python, and modern visualization tools to uncover trends, develop predictive models, and deliver executive-level reporting that supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze current and historical enterprise data to identify strategic trends, operational insights, and opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and quality enhancements.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support business strategy and operational performance.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support executive leadership, strategic initiatives, and operational decision-making.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure the integrity of analytical outputs used to measure financial and operational improvements.
  • Develop statistical models, predictive analytics, forecasting tools, and automated analytical solutions that improve reporting efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Apply advanced analytical methodologies to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends across the organization.
  • Support experimentation and data-driven decision making through statistical analysis and predictive techniques.
  • Extract, query, and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems using SQL and Python.
  • Develop scalable analytical processes, reusable code, and automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
  • Partner with data engineering and data science teams to identify and resolve data quality issues and ensure reliable reporting.
  • Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Create compelling presentations and visualizations that communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner for senior leadership.
  • Monitor key business metrics and provide ongoing insight into operational performance.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Finance, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process optimization, and operational reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar analytics-focused role.
  • 2-4 years of experience applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, or forecasting techniques to solve business problems.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including experience writing complex queries, joins, common table expressions (CTEs), window functions, and stored procedures against large relational databases.
  • Strong Python programming experience for data analysis, automation, statistical modeling, and reporting, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and KPI reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience working with enterprise data platforms and databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, SAP, or comparable systems.
  • Knowledge of data visualization, ETL concepts, data validation, automation, and reporting best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.
  • Experience working with large, complex enterprise datasets from multiple structured data sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic analytics and enterprise reporting.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, optimization techniques, A/B testing, and statistical experimentation.
  • Experience automating recurring reporting and analytical workflows.
  • Experience with Git, Jupyter Notebook, Jira, ServiceNow, or Minitab is a plus.
