Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software engineers
Collaborate with product managers and UX managers
Ensure high-quality code and best practices
Participate in scrum activities, design reviews, and code reviews
Mentor and coach team members
Coordinate on-call support and triage support tickets
Engage in strategic thinking and goal setting
Communicate project status clearly and concisely
Must-Haves:

7+ years of professional software development experience
2+ years of leadership or management experience
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
Expertise in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong knowledge of OOAD, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with microservice architectural patterns
Strong verbal and written communication skills

This role will be about 50% solution architect, 25% engineering and 25% leading others
