We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead a data product initiative within a high-impact enterprise team. This role is critical to the success of a data marketplace product serving enterprise-wide use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong product ownership experience, deep understanding of financial services, and the ability to work closely with data engineering teams.Key Responsibilities
• Lead a scrum team of 5-6 engineers, with potential to scale to multiple teams.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to define and prioritize product features.
• Maintain a strong understanding of data products and enterprise data needs.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience• 5-8 years of true product ownership experience (not project management or business analysis).
• Proven experience in financial services.
• Experience working with data engineering teams.
• Strong leadership and ownership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a product operating model and lead product maturity efforts.
• Technical fluency to understand and communicate data-related concepts.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience• Experience with enterprise-level data products.
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI).
