Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Mid-Market Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients. This role is focused on acquiring new logos and expanding our market presence in the SaaS industry, particularly in areas involving web accessibility, DevOps, and software testing.
Compensation: $75k - $95k base / $150k - $190k OTE
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and address market demands.
- Track and report on sales metrics, maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecasting sales performance.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and gain insights into market trends.
Qualifications- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new logos and generate business through a hunter mentality.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility, DevOps, and/or software testing concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and achieving recognition, such as Presidents Club (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
