Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product implementation, integration, or onboarding
• Proven client-facing skills and experience
• Background in legal tech and/or document control is preferred
• Strong project management abilities
• Technical knowledge of no-code solutions is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients
• Manage client relations throughout the implementation phase
• Collaborate with technical resources to ensure smooth integrations
• Create and maintain project schedules and documentation
• Provide training and support for clients during the onboarding process
