  • Advocate for clients in settlement discussions and participate in remote mediation sessions.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with administrative agency claims at both federal and state levels on the employer's side.
  • At least six years of experience in employment law, including drafting compelling position statements and representing clients in hearings and/or mediations.

  • Current bar license in the state of residence.
